1. How does SweeterFix work?
Enter an Address
Enter an address to find a Bakery in the same City.
Browse Menu Items
Select any of the Bakeries displayed and browse through their menu for the perfect treat. Add items to your cart and checkout.
Place Your Order
Total payment including delivery fees and taxes are transparently displayed. Click the Pay button to place your order.
Track Your Order
You get notified at every stage of your order. From when it is confirmed, picked up by a courier and is en route to your location.
2. How is the Delivery fee calculated?
The fee SweeterFix charges for delivery is based on the distance from the Bakery to your location. When you enter your address, the platform calculates that distance and displays a delivery fee.
3. How do I create an account?
To have a seamless checkout experience, at the right side of the header, click on “sign up” on the website. On mobile devices, click on the icon at the top right corner and click on sign up. Fill the form with your information and create a password. If you want to do this faster, you can click on the Facebook or Google icon and conveniently create your account within seconds.
4. How do I send special instructions to the Bakery?
On the Bakery menu page, click on the item you want to order. Make your selection. Scroll down to the bottom of the card and in the textbox titled “special instructions”, type in the instructions you want to send to the Bakery. Click on the “Add to cart” button. After selecting all the items you want to order, click on the gift box icon at the top left corner. The number of items added to your cart will be displayed. Click the checkout button and fill in your details to place your order.
5. Why are some of the delivery dates blocked at checkout?
In order to ensure that the Bakery can fulfill orders, the Bakery sets an order time window to bake incoming orders. The dates blocked are based on the order time window set by the Bakery to guarantee that your order will be fulfilled.
6. How secure is the electronic payment process?
SweeterFix uses Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe employs secure measures to safeguard payment information. Your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.
7. How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you redirected to your order status page. This gives you information on when your order is confirmed, being prepared, ready for pick up, pick up time and delivery time. All orders placed on the platform can be tracked to see what stage the order is in.
